Custom Engraving

You are responsible for the accuracy of all engraving text submitted with your order. Please review your text carefully before submitting.
Alps Awards is not responsible for errors in engraving caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Engraving errors made by Alps Awards will be corrected at no charge.

Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100.
Orders under $100 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.
Shipping times vary based on order complexity, engraving requirements, and destination.
Alps Awards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Limitation of Liability

Alps Awards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
