Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
All orders totaling $100 or more ship absolutely free anywhere in the United States.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $25 via standard ground shipping.
Turnaround Time
When you place your order, simply provide your "in-hands date" — the date you need the awards in hand — and we'll work backward to ensure everything is engraved, packed, and shipped to arrive on time. Most standard orders ship within 5–7 business days, but we can often accommodate tighter timelines. For rush orders, please call us at (916) 580-8913.
Shipping Methods
We ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) depending on order size and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Returns on Unengraved Items
We accept returns of unused, unengraved items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at chris@alpsawards.com with your order number and reason for return.
Engraved & Custom Items
Because engraved awards are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all engraving text before submitting your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible. No need to ship the damaged item back — we trust you.
