How do I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, select the award you'd like, and add it to your cart. During checkout, you'll be able to enter your engraving text and any special instructions. For bulk orders or custom requests, contact us at chris@alpsawards.com or call (916) 580-8913.
Is engraving really free?
Yes! Every product includes free engraving of up to 5 lines of personalized text. Just enter your text during checkout.
What information do I need to provide for engraving?
Typically you'll want to include:
- Recipient's name
- Event or achievement title
- Date
- Organization name
- Any additional message (up to 5 lines total)
Can I upload a list for bulk engraving?
Absolutely! For orders with multiple recipients, you can email us a spreadsheet or text file with all names and engraving details to chris@alpsawards.com. We'll take care of the rest.
What ribbon colors are available for medals?
We offer a wide variety of ribbon colors including red, white, blue, green, gold, silver, black, and many multi-color combinations. If you need a specific school or team color, just ask — we'll do our best to match it.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround depends on the order size and complexity. When you place your order, let us know your "in-hands date" — the date you need the awards by — and we'll work backward to make sure everything arrives on time. For rush orders, give us a call and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Do you offer volume or bulk pricing?
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for larger orders:
- 10–24 units — Small discount
- 25–49 units — Moderate discount
- 50–99 units — Significant savings
- 100+ units — Best pricing available

What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $25. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unengraved items within 30 days of delivery. Engraved items are custom-made and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
